My favourite food would be.......The Open Air Gu Bak Mee (Beef Noodles)! I would have liked to say Sarawak Laksa, but....someone else put that already, so...yeah...the next best thing would be Gu Bak Mee with lots and lots of Taugeh (Bean Sprouts) on the side ^_^ *slurps*
Gu Bak Mee is made of straight noodles, served with beef on top. There is also soup, which is stewed together with beef bones to give it a distinctive taste. There are two choices you can have them serve it to you, and that is wet or dry.
For wet, the soup is put together with the noodles, and you'll have beef noodle soup. For dry, the soup is served on the side, with bean sprouts in it =)
For me, I generally like the dry version. :)
