Review: The Watch 2012

Synopsis: Four everyday suburban guys come together as an excuse to escape their humdrum lives one night a week. But when they accidentally discover that their town has become overrun with aliens posing as ordinary suburbanites, they have no choice but to save their neighborhood - and the world - from total extermination.

Still feeling a little lost by the super short synopsis? maybe watching the trailer will help :)

Verdict: 7/10. When people hear the word aliens, they think horror thriller, etc. But when you throw Ben Stiller in the mix, it automatically becomes a comedy, regardless of how serious they try to make the movie become. True to form, this movie definitely delivers a good laugh, and is super full of plotholes that it's practically threadbare. BUT, this provides the perfect abscercise and respite from work. The lines are witty, and the characters more than make up for the lack of story :p You don't need to think, just sit back and have a good laugh.

Personal Opinion: *spoiler* I would prefer Ben Stiller to find the particular alien that killed Armando Guzman by recognising the tattoo on his arm :/ I think that scene would cap it for me :)
