Review: Phantasee Be Lustrous Green Contact Lenses

 Hey guys :) if you read my previous contact lens review, I mentioned at the end that I wanted to review green coloured contacts. So when GlassesOnline contacted me and asked me to review a pair of their contact lenses, I decided to go for it, and selected a green pair!

The lens I got this time around is from the Phantasee range, called Be Lustrous. I took the Green variant, and as you can see from the site, it looks very vivid. Which was why when I decided to go with it, I was a little apprehensive whether or not it was the right choice. I didn't want to look like an alien walking around :p

Part 2: The Enchanting Lost World of Tambun Theme Park

The Body Shop Sale 2013 is back!

Yup, you heard it right :) The Body Shop Sale for 2013 is back, with more discounts, from 50%, up to 70%!! It was a good thing that I was at Mid Valley today with my family, and found out about it, otherwise I would have lost out on awesome products that were going for up to 70% off!

When I arrived at the shop entrance, it was a frenzy! There were so many people squeezed in the little lot, that I was almost put off my the crowd. But determinedly, I pushed my way in, and heaven greeted me :p

Hed Kandi Summer Heat Pool Party Madness

Summer's come and gone ladies, but the awesome memories from all those pool parties remain! I had the pleasure of being one of Pink N Proper's invited guests for one of the more prestigious pool parties held this year, the awesome Hed Kandi Summer Heat Pool Party at Aloft KL Sentral :)

It was a party unlike any other, set in KL amidst a landscape of towering buildings, and beautiful lights. The party actually officially started at about 8pm, but I went there early to take advantage of the sunset. Doesn't the skyline look positively lovely?

 Happy weekend guys! As you know, a few weeks ago I went on a trip to the Lost World of Tambun thanks to the Butterfly Project :) It was the Butterfly Project's maiden trip outside of KL, and it was an awesome two day one night well spent with other beauty bloggers in our community :)

 So, when the weekend that we were supposed to leave came around, I was beside myself with anticipation, mostly because I knew I would be having so much fun there, but also because I got to ride in the ETS Train, famed for it's timely departures and comfortable journeys :)

Hey guys, how has the weekend been for everyone? Hope it was a restful one for all of you :)

GAB Oktoberfest Malaysia 2013

Ladies and Gentlemen, It is officially the month of October, and we all know what that means :D No? Well, it’s that time of the month again for Oktoberfest!!!! And in Malaysia, we all know it’s a celebration of beer (preferably Paulaner) in a huge mug, with a lot of drinking, dancing, and girls in German costumes! :D

Did you know, the Oktoberfest celebration initially started as wedding celebration in 1810 to commemorate the union between Crown Prince Ludwig (who later became King Ludwig I) and Princess Therese of Saxe-Hildburghausen at Theresienwiese (translated as Therese's meadow / field) – it is for this reason that Oktoberfest is referred to by Germans as ‘die Wiesn’ or ‘the field’. Personally for me, I have never heard of Oktoberfest throughout my years in Kuching, until I came to KL a few years ago.
