Oktoberfest is back and it's coming your way!

This Oktoberfest, consumers can opt for a more adventurous way to celebrate the annual merriment as Guinness Anchor Berhad (GAB), the leading beer and stout brewer in Malaysia is bringing a fresh twist to the usual celebration. Consumers can elevate their experience by enjoying this festivity with GAB’s five premium brews including Heineken, the world’s No. 1 international premium beer; Guinness, the world’s No. 1 stout; premium Irish ale Kilkenny; Japan’s No.1 100% malt beer Kirin Ichiban and Paulaner, the No. 1 German wheat beer.

In line with GAB’s effort to give a modern touch to the classics found during Oktoberfest, GAB brought both the old and new under one roof at the celebration’s kick-off. One of Malaysia’s hottest comedians, Andrew Netto, was seen tickling the funny bones of the guests in attendance at a recent media launch. Locally-based German DJ Cee gave his rendition to the familiar Oktoberfest tunes and performed his remixed versions of traditional Oompah music, bringing the atmosphere to a whole new level. GAB also partnered with Chef Steven Yap from the Malaysian Food and Beverage Executives Association to reinvent 3 signature dishes inspired and infused with the celebrated brews.

TIGER FC is looking for the Ultimate Fan!

If you are a football fan but have something on this Saturday, cancel it! Because Tiger FC wants you in a showdown of footie whizzes happening throughout this 2015/16 season starting Saturday, Sept 19 concurrently at Laundry, The Curve, Souled Out Bangsar South, Home and Away Bangsar and TBF in Summerton, Penang at 7pm.

In a world of football fandom, there will always be a select few who go about like breathing, walking footie encyclopaedias. Ask them anything football related and they would answer in a heartbeat. Ask them about the match and they would give you a play-by-play from line-up to actual game.

To prove you are indeed fan enough, visit any of the above mentioned clubhouses on the said date and participate in a football trivia. Come out victorious and stand a chance to be named ‘The Ultimate Fan’ at the end of the season.

Event: Laneige Beauty Road Tour comes to Kuala Lumpur

I have always been a big fan of Korean Makeup and Skincare, and Laneige is no exception. I first knew Laneige from its Water Sleeping Mask (which is awesome, btw) and since then I have always kept abreast of all the new products that Laneige has launched.

So recently, being an innovator in the make up space, Laneige has come up with a new product, and they are on a roadshow to launch this all across Asia. On a tour to seven cities, they aim to educate women about K-Beauty and the Cushion make up trend which is a very big hit in Korea.
