Why I want a Havaianas!!!

Holla ladies!

How are you feeling today? Hot on a summer's day, and can't stand the heat? Feel like cooling down at the beach, or the pool, under a shade drinking cocktails (or mocktails)? :)

Whenever I'm feeling hot on a weekend, I wish I could just transport myself to the beach and feel the cool breeze from the sea, strolling along the beach at sunset wearing my favourite pair of flip flops, the Havaianas!

I used to think they were called Hawaianas, cos I thought the 'v' was a typo :p My first pair of flip flops are from Havaianas, and they're blue! Looking at the array of offerings they have now, they have absolutely every colour imaginable, it's enough to make you puke rainbows!

Why do I love Havaianas flip flops? The Havaianas range of flip flops come in various colours and patterns, expressing every single individuality of every single person out there. There is a pair for every body with so many colours and designs, so why wear shoes when you can be chic and cool in flip flops?

Born in 1962, the first Havaianas sandals were inspired by the Zori, typical Japanese sandals made of fabric straps and rice straw soles. It is for this reason that the foot-bed of all Havaianas have a textured rice pattern, making it one of its unmistakeable features.

Havaianas were inspired by these!!

So why do I want myself a pair of Havaianas??

Are you kidding me? Who wouldn't want the best looking flip flops around town? Seeing that it's summertime, with all this hot weather, I would rather be wearing flip flops to cool my feet down than keep them wrapped in shoes and go back all stinky :p

I'm the type of girl who wears flip flops most of the time, and I would love to wear my pair of Havaianas flip flops anywhere. Because they are so versatile, it makes them perfect for a day out by the beach, or just to go shopping with my besties! They come in a timeless design, and NEVER go out of style, so if you get the chance, go get yourself a pair of Havaianas today!

xoxo,
yin
